Kristin Dillard is the President and Dealer Principal of the Team Automotive Group with multiple locations across the state of North Carolina. “To those who know her, it wasn’t a surprise when Kristin Dillard, Dealer Principal at Team Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac in Salisbury, NC was selected by Automotive News as one of the ’40 Under 40 Up-and-Coming Retailers.’ She virtually grew up in her father’s dealership, starting as a teenager in the store and fell in love with auto retailing from the get-go. When it was time for college, she chose Northwood University, graduating with degrees in both automotive marketing and automotive management. But it wasn’t just the classroom and textbooks she mastered. Over time, she worked ‘hands on’ in every dealership department and learned the business in the trenches, from the ground up.
