If you need to get your gardening done this weekend in record time, mechanic Dylan Phillips is your guy. He recently set a Guinness World Record for the fastest wheelbarrow at Straightliners Speed Week 2024.
Phillips smashed the previous 46mph record after hitting a heart-pounding 52mph.
After completing two runs through a 100m course, Dylan admitted: “It’s uncomfortable and it’s terrifying.” Regardless, he was celebratory, saying: “I feel on top of the world. I mean it’s absolute nonsense really but it’s quite a nice feeling."
The saying goes “a little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men,” so don’t take yourself too seriously and don’t forget to incorporate a little silly into your day. Who knows, maybe one day you could set a world record because of it!
