Toyota was showing off its new charging platform. We asked Chris Nihan with ChargePoint, "Why is this awesome?"
"The driver experience," he said. The goal is to make EV ownership simple, safe, and convenient. App-controlled home charging, office chargers, and modular fast chargers allow you to update or modify the charger without taking it out of the ground.
He says they are moving the question from "How fast does this station charge?" to "What applications can this station serve?" Allowing adaptability to meet infrastructure questions across unique circumstances.
