MINIVerse is the Meta Creative Shop's first collaboration with an automotive group. The BMW Group brand, MINI, worked to reimagine go-karting in Meta Horizon Worlds. Players can customize their karts and race others on high-speed and high-flying tracks.
The Fender Stratosphere Horizon World is a floating guitar-shaped island featuring the first of its kind co-play original music creation. The Meta Fender collaboration allows visitors to participate in a scavenger hunt for musical elements they can use to create interesting music with other visitors.
Each collaboration shares a quality of inviting people to enjoy the brand's creativity with or without becoming traditional customers. An invitation to become something more than a consumer, but a collaborator in these company's early ventures into what the Metaverse can mean for brand relationships.
