Carter joined automotiveMastermind in March 2021 and has been instrumental in optimizing the business operations needed to maintain the organization’s world-class customer experience. As COO, Carter will ensure that automotiveMastermind aligns product-market fit for continued growth and sustains a culture of innovation to maintain its competitive edge. Prior to joining the team, Carter spent more than 15 years in the software industry. He holds a bachelor’s in business from the University of Tennessee.
